Cultural SEL
We appreciate that you’re using Cultural SEL resources in your classrooms, homes, schools, programs, organizations, and communities.

By purchasing or using any Cultural SEL resource, digital tool, AI-assisted tool, or printable material, you agree to the commercial use license outlined on this page.
This page explains how Cultural SEL resources may be used for educational, organizational, commercial, and professional purposes.
The general Terms of Use for Cultural SEL apply across the website. When it comes to resource usage permissions,, this commercial use license is the controlling agreement.

Editable files are not considered finished products.
What you CAN do
You may:
- Edit, customize, and brand templates into your own finished, flattened products.
- Use clipart, stock photos, graphics, and visual assets within finished designs, educational materials, presentations, websites, and branded content.
- Sell finished, flattened products on your website, TpT, Etsy, or similar platforms.
- Sell finished digital products as non-editable files, including PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, or printed materials.
- Print and use finished products with clients, students, classrooms, workshop participants, counseling groups, organizations, or community programs within the scope of your purchased license.
- Use finished materials in classrooms, schools, workshops, homeschool settings, trainings, programs, libraries, faith-based settings, and community environments.
- Use resources for educational, facilitation, organizational, or business purposes once properly customized and converted into finished, non-editable materials.
- Create and sell unlimited finished products, provided the resources themselves are not redistributed, mass-produced, or offered as editable files.
- Use clipart, stock photos, graphics, and visual assets in blog posts, social media content, presentations, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials as part of a larger finished design or piece of content.
- Use Custom GPTs, AI-assisted tools, microapps, Claude artifacts, and interactive tools for your own planning, drafting, writing, preparation, reflection, and internal professional decision-making within the scope of your purchased license.
Each purchase grants a license to one individual educator, counselor, librarian, or facilitator unless a separate organizational license is purchased.
Organizational, site, or district licenses may be available upon request.

What’s expected when you use these resources
Resources must be used as part of a finished product or piece of content, not on their own.
- For templates, this means customizing text, layout, structure, or branding
- For clipart, stock photos, and graphics, this means using them within a larger design or piece of content, such as a worksheet, slide deck, printable, website page, blog post, social media graphic, or branded material
The resources are meant to support your work, not replace it. They are starting points, not standalone products.
