Use beyond the scope of a Single Household or Classroom License requires the purchase of a School License or District License.
License tier definitions and usage permissions are outlined in the Commercial Use License. In the event of conflict regarding usage scope, the Commercial Use License governs permitted use, while these Terms govern enforcement and remedies.
Unauthorized use of materials beyond the purchased license tier, including multi-classroom, school-wide, or district-wide implementation, constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Cultural SEL reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate access
• Invoice for unpaid licensing fees
• Pursue recovery of damages and associated costs
• Enforce intellectual property protections as permitted by law
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, lessons, frameworks, printables, graphics, designs, downloads, and digital materials, is the intellectual property of Cultural SEL and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing or downloading materials grants you a limited, non-transferable license for permitted use only.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
If Cultural SEL offers subscription-based access or memberships:
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring payments.
• You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation before renewal.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
Continued access to membership materials is conditioned upon timely payment and compliance with these Terms.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS AND TERMINATION
